I just got a "recorded" call from GTL that said it was about a change in the way they bill. Then they said to press 1 for English. When I did it disconnected. Did anyone else get a call from them tonight. I checked my account and made a payment (just in case...you know), but didn't see anything on the website about any changes. I tried to call, but they "...are experiencencing a very high volume of calls...Please try your call later"
Wonder what they are up to this time.

I got a call earlier from GTL Connections or thats what I thought they said with the bad accent they had I wonder if it was really GTL Corrections??
Anyways my call was inregards to a survey, I hate telemarket/survey calls and I said no thank you and hung up. Great maybe I would of earned a few 15 min call LOL
tricksie.. are u new to GTL ? i have gotten that phone call before and when i got thru they told me that my calls where being billed to my phone bill and i had to change over and be billed directly thru GTL... then i get them every once in awhile to let me know when my account is low.. also i see alot of u guys saying that GTL are saying ".. experiencencing a very high volume of calls...Please try your call later" i always stay on the line for a little longer and then it starts to ring and someone will pick up i dunno but here is the number i call # 1-877-873-8567 maybe it will help you i dont know if its the same one u already have just wanted to try to help if i could ..
Thanks missinhhim24 I already got changed from ATT to direct billing, and I make payments a couple of times a month, even though I'm not close to my limit. So just not sure what they want this time. The number you posted is different than the one I called. Ill try yours and see if I can find out what's up. Several of the calls I've had from them have been from very heavily accented women who are difficult to understand. Seems like phone cards would be easier and still make CDCr a mint.
I<3 MY HUSBAND, let me know if they call back. It seems like if they were going to make a major change they would post that info on their website, but who knows???

I have been trying all the numbers today and keep getting that same recording. I am trying to open up a account. They tell me that the phone is not blocked by them it is the local phone company. I call the local phone company and they say there is not block on my phone. I just want a account so I can save some money on my calls.
