Corcoran, Calif.: Motel suggestions

Good morning,have not been on here in awhile but planning to return on a regular basis. Question: my son is now in Corcoran (SATF), Calif. and my mom will be visiting, staying the night nearby. I understand that there is one motel that offers a discount to families of inmates, but I cannot remember the name and I am not having any success finding it online. (I myself stayed in Hanford last time). Until I become re-familiarized with this wonderful website, would anyone mind emailing me privately with a reply so I don't miss any posts? I have some other specific questions as well, but will wait until later this week to post them, once I become comfortable again with how to navigate this site. Since you had some specific visitation questions for California, I have moved this thread to the California forum on PTO so your post will have the opportunity to get more specific responses and the best answers to your questions, and won’t get lost in the busy Visitation forum... I’ve found they often get more and better answers there, AND the information will be here to help others in the future, too.

Hi! My fiance is in Corcoran SATF also. When I do go up there for the weekend I stay at the Corcoran Country Inn and they do give a discount for people who are visiting the prison but it is not much. There is also another hotel down the street from there but I cant remember the name, but that one is more expensive. If you need anything else you can pm me.
