Default Parole Status Line

Is the parole status line the same as the offender status line? If not, at what point does the offender move from offender status to parole status. We received a FI-6r in June but on the offender status line, it still shows the old information.

The parole status line will not give any new info even if they made parole. I think it just says their parole eligibility date, PRD, sentence length, etc...

A friend of mine has a loved one that was to be released no sooner than Jan 1 and his certificate was printed on Friday. The Release people told me that it takes 7 to 21 days to get the release date. Yes, I call every day even tho they say call back in a week or two weeks. So I guess what I'm asking, is the certificate printed, if so then you should be looking at 7 to 21 days from the date it was printed. If it is not printed, then stay on those people in Austin. Be prepared to hold and hold when you call either of those places. MY EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

The inmate status line (online) now shows release information, parole status and what facility they will be released from. However, the parole status won't change until close to the time when they will be released.

Jonali, your husbands won't change until around May since June is his target release month.

I believe that the online offender information page shows nothing about parole status (other than PED) until there has been a release date set.

Is this the same thing as the online offender search on the TDCJ site? If not, where would I find that?

There is only the TDCJ Online Offender Search that returns the Offender Information Detail page which displays their sentence information and dates. When a release date for parole or release to mandatory supervision is set then that will appear as well. There is no parole status line. parolesource.com has an information lookup function but it doesn't return more personal information than the TDC site does.
