Default Special Parole or Parole

Hey everyone,
Does anyone of you here know what is the difference between special parole or just parole. Hope I am making sense. Thanks alot for your imput.

special parole is a more structured form of parole with more stipulations and usually for people with longer sentences. If you screw up special parole and go back in --you have to complete remainder of sentence, no second chances.

my fiance has that. i mean that was the best we could do considering he was facing 7-12 yrs. so in stead, he got 3 yrs in jail 4 yrs special probation.
like LOTY, said its more structured. he cannot catch a speeding ticket because his ass will go back and finish his time owed. no domestic disputes, or fights, or anything. if its like a parking ticket or some bull, its ok he can fight that it wont interfere but its pretty strict.

Thank you for replying. I believe you on that because that is why they are not allowing my honey bun to come home in December of this year but next year May. Guess I will just start counting down. Oh boy what a sad life

Hey it would seem that for a non violent offender A highly structed parole is a lot more cost effective for the system than keeping the offender locked up.
