Question Washington DC inmate locator?

does anybody has any idea where i can find information on a guy that has been convicted for a crime, commited in washington dc. he's now in virginia and will probably be moved to north carolina...

unfortunally DC doesn't have an online prisoners locator...

For the record and for anyone else's future reference, it would appear that all convicted felons in the D.C. system are now under Federal jurisdiction...
