Convicted felon with a college degree - need job in Tampa FL

I graduated from college last year and has since been looking for steady employment in Tampa, FL. I am always honest with the companies, but have thought of not disclosing my one felony conviction. Are there any agencies or organization that help educated convicts land a feasible employment?

dayflip@aol.com this is the address for florida cure...i know i have seen that a place some where that specifically has openings for ex cons...and i think they have a list of employers...if your not on probation....then...well..i was gonna suggest talking to a probation officer...they sometimes know somethings....good luck...
