New Report On Children Of Prisoners

NEW REPORT ON CHILDREN OF PRISONERS

Family and Corrections Network will publish a special issue of FCN
REPORT on Children of Prisoners in the Spring of 2003.

The REPORT will be edited by Denise Johnston, Executive Director of
the Center for Children with Incarcerated Parents. The REPORT will
provide the latest information on children of prisoners, and
resources for working with them, their parents and caregivers.

The Report will also include brief program descriptions from agencies
that have conducted formal outcome evaluations of their services for
children of incarcerated parents. Agencies whose programs meet this
criteria are invited to submit short (500-750 word) articles
describing these outcomes, as well as the objectives, activities,
staff and/or principles of practice of their services for prisoners'
children.

Materials can be submitted to Jim Mustin at the address below,
preferably as attachment to e-mail in MS Word format.
