Default Barb,Joanne...Visiting pro's another question

Is the color grey off limits at PB for visiting? (I'm visiting GP not SHU are the rules the same?) I have called but can only get through to recordings with very general info. I have also left a message at the hospitality house asking for the guidelines to be sent to me but I didnt get any response so I turn to you guys again I plan on wearing grey slacks but my guy said tonight he thinks grey may be off limits?????? The recording mentioned only no blue or green

Sorry to be such a pest but now that my first visit is FINALLY really taking place soon I am very nervous about it all!

Hello you!

I’m sure grey is off limits as well,

I think the hospitality place is open Fridays only so don’t worry I’m sure they will get back to you, the guy there that is in charge is called Fritz (probably spelt that wrong) and he is brilliant he will help you out with everything you need. I would go on the safe side and not wear grey if you can help it I just tend to stick with black and white I look like something that has come out of the 60’s LOL!

I’m sure dress regulations are the same for all parts of PB because you all meet in the visitor’s reception area and go through the same mental detector and the same CO’s.

I hope your 1st visit goes well, I was nervous as hell when I first went I remember looking at the palms of my hands and realising they where actually dripping with sweat (very attractive!!!)

But after all the checks you will be fine, have a wonderful visit, I just wish I were going up at the same time!

Hi, I am looking at the rules right now it say noGray Sweat suit apparel, no Yellow or orange clothing, law enforcement or military type forest green or camouflage patterned articles, blue denim or chambray shirts and blue denim pants. Oh don't let your titties show either they are very big on that one LOL. They made me change one time into my husbands shirt, then told me it had to be buttoned all the way up LOL I told them I was his mother not his lover LOL they made me button up anyway go figure. Have a great visit then come back and tell us all about it.

Thanks for the input Guess I'll be doing some shopping for black pants to be safe.....I was originally planning on going on the 8th but it's been moved up now due to his Mom's schedule (She is going with me) so I'll be going on the 1st. Only a week and a half away! I'll report back

I thought of another question I wanted to ask you but I forgot it now! If I remember I'll post it

Ok this one may be really silly but.....I finally figured out an outfit I think will pass inspection.Black slacks, black boot type shoes and a burgandy sweater twin set (tank top with a long sleeved sweater over it) the silly question is the sweater has buttons on it.....ARE buttons ok????????????? and if so do I have to button the sweater or can I leave it open since there is a matching tank top under it?

As far as I know that would be totally fine BUT they will probably get you to take off the button sweater just while you go through the metal detector and then let you put it on straight after!
