Default Seeking Employment in Metropolitan Detroit Area

I am trying to help out a few people with employment links and have no idea where to start. Can anyone offer any kind of assitance for the Michigan area? The help would be deeply appreciated.

thank you for posting this!!!! my man will be and exfelon/parolee when he gets out in july and i am trying to get some resources for him before he gets out

I'm in the Detorit area and was just laid off from my job of 5 years. I've been a felon for 3yrs. My job did'nt know about my situration of course. Now that I'm laid off I fine it extremly difficult to fine empolyment. If anyone here have ever had there case explunged from there record PLEASE let me know!!! Thanks and may God be with you all!!!

Not sure about expungement, that is almost impossible from anything that I have read, but for a job, check a Goodwill center if you have one in the area, or check your local city/county government office for job assistance. Good luck. You can check www.goodwill.org if you are not aware of a local center.
