Guess What....................

Well as some of you that saw my post in the visiting forum I was having a dilemma.

I had cleared with work to go up to see my husband for the 3 days thanksgiving weekend BUT I then found out that his brother and girlfriend where also going up there.

Don’t get me wrong I love his brother and wouldn’t normally mind sharing my visit with them two, but as all of you know if you visit Pelican Bay SHU it’s a 2 hour visit non contact and with 3 of you all trying to talk its not much fun.

And I have not even been married 2 months and desperate to spend some time alone with my new husband and I didn’t want to invade his brother visiting time either

So……

Today I sat in a meeting room at work with the HR Director (who knows the situation) and pleaded, yes I looked like a desperate women to see if I could get a few days unpaid leave and guess what

YEP I can take the extra time off and stay in the States to see him for the weekend after as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!
