Misidentification

i am trying to find a person or a group of individuals that can help me track down an attorney that specializes in cases where misidentification by "witnesses" has landed someone in prison (in this case, on death row). there is no phsyical evidence in this case, so none of the "traditional" death penalty groups that specialize in dna research can really help out here. any suggestions?!?!?!

If I can come up w/a group or possibly a lawyer that can help you in your search I will let you know ASAP!!
Legal stuff isn't my specialty, but I can always do those "searches" that I have become so used to...haa haa!

I sent alot of info to menolly, she was trying to put together a list of attorneys who would help in instantces just like this. She has collected over 100 referalls. She is hoping that she can get a forum or place here to put them up. If she just put them on a post over time the post just fades away. So I'm positive if you contact her, just send her an e-mail, she would gladly send you what she has, I'm sure.-------Ken
