Hey you can buy the thermals from any store, that doesn't have to come in from the manufacter. Wal-mart seems to have them the cheapest. As far as catalogs there are Bust the move, Jack L marcus, and a few more. I will see about posting the numbers seperately for others to see.

I've ordered from Choice Distributors. (1-800-359-4682). The prices are comparable to the discount stores and the shipping is $3.95 for any order. The last time I sent a package it cost me a lot more than that for parcel post and I had to take it to the post office. It's another choice.
