936-437-8942 will get time and classification but I'm not sure they will give you a time sheet. This is probably something he will have to do from the inside and then mail the info to you. Some one else may know of another way. Good Luck! Katy

My attorney told me that many minicipalities usually want one to spend their three days (or whatever to satisfy a traffic ticket) actually in respidence in their jail. He said that for sure my lovely little town of Pasadena is that way. If anyone has any information to the contrary I'd like to hear it.

Default Time Sheets

My friend sends a time sheet to his parents monthly so you might ask your son if he would send you his. It tells a lot of information and it could be even bi monthly but I know I see one every few weeks. Ask your son to send you the sheets. Hopefully, he has retained them.

My daughter had upwards of 3000 in unpaid fines and warrants at the municipal court here in Tyler. It had been a big concern of mine that she would get out and go right back for this. I called the courts and was told to have her write them explaining she was in prison and that she would automatically be granted time served for these. Thats is exactly what she did and that is exactly what happend. In her case I do not think she sent any time sheets in or anything, just her letter. They can pull up and see they are incarcerted.

That just goes to show that it is never a wasted effort to try. We'll be doing the same thing for sure to see how many we can get resolved. I'm encouraged to hear that it may work out. Thanks.

why dont you go to the court house and get his sentencing papers so the judge can see what they gave him. and then he will decide what to do.

As I said, most want them in their custody. I didn't pay the guy $7500 because he was guessing. But I would never not try.
