*BUMP*

Someone was looking for the thread that had all the locations on it. Maybe it needs to be a sticky, or added to the other thread about the email system. Also if there are more locations, please add. Thanks.

It must come from him. Do you have more than one email address, gmail recieves the messages with no problem, maybe you should start using that. A few people have gone through this and eventually they figure it out. If his messages aren't in your spam, it's hard to know what is happening. Are you using AOL by any chance? Is he getting through to other addresses?

Allenwood - Low has email capability. Great system!
My husband is on phone restriction until September 2009 but we still are able to communicate with email. His phone restrictions started in Lewisburg-banned for 6 months. He was moved to Allenwood where the phone restriction is still in place but we are able to use email. Welcome to the 21st century BOP!

Hey there-
Myself and my 2 sons get email from my husband but we had a problem with one of the accounts. Don't know if this will help you but it is worth a try. We were having a problem because after we clicked to accept, the email was going to "Outlook" as a default reply. If you have another email account setup in Outlook, the response will come from that email address. The problem is that the response email address MUST be the exact same as the one your guy sent to you or it will be rejected. If this happens, the inmate will not be told why it was not accepted. We use hotmail so I had to downloand and add some updates before the 3rd email account was approved.
Hope you can get set-up on email!!! It is a good way to stay in touch and much better than snail mail.

FCI Jesup Georgia has it. We email at least twice a day and I love that. It really makes my day to get up and read my morning email from Chris and then he sends me one before he goes to bed at night as well. Every place should have this available.

FCI Three Rivers has it that's where my baby is. We email at least 2-3 times a day. If an emergency comes up we know that we can contact each other through the email. Eventually all Federal Prisons will have the program. It's GREAT! :-)

Hi, My son is being transferred to FCI Allenwood. I would be really grateful for any information you may be able to give me. Do you know ?----->What is it like there? Are gangs an issue? Do they have handball? pool? . What are the recreational facilities like? stuff like that..
Also what are the options for stay in that area when one visits?
Are there any church organisations that help with accomodation for inmate families? Would really appreciate any information that you may have.
Thanks a lot. :-)
