court tomorrow in harris county jail - Texas

my boyfriend goes to court tomorrow for his arson charge in harris county. what can i expect to happen? i've never been to court before and i've never been through this whole thing before.

Wow, I guess you are getting this after the court hearing. I was going to say that it is difficult to tell you what to expect without knowing what kind of hearing he is going to. I hope you come back to share with us how things went today.

Well it went pretty good today. The judge said that if he can prove where is is gonna live, where is job is and some other stuff they will give him probation. If not, he gets 2 years in TDC and he just might spend only 9 months there unless the judge is not having a good day and makes it a mandatory 2 years.

Thing is though, trying to find him a place to stay cause he cant live with me and my mom.

His next court date is Oct. 19. So I have to get stuff together quickly.

he has no family out here, they all live in tennessee. and he doesnt have that many friends so im tryin to find some place for him to live. it sucks cause i have only a month to get all this put together to get him out
