Default What does RPF stand for?

Can anyone tell me what RFP stands for and if there's a link online that shows inmates? I know it's somewhat different than DOC but i'm not sure exactly how.

Do you mean RPF which is the regional punishment facility in Pine Bluff? I'm not sure if there is a website. Maybe someone else can help you out with that one.

Yes. Sorry, I meant RPF. I haven't been able to find a website either. If anyone knows of one, I would really appreciate it.

There is also an RPF in Texarkana. I haven't been able to find a website for it either though.

Hello!
RPF does not have a website. I was told it's because it is a DCC facility rather than ADC? If you have any questions about it I may be able to help as I spent 120 days there myself three years ago on a probation violation.
I will tell you that if you have a loved one there they are safer than at ADC because it is a very controlled environment. It's not fun of course, but (in my opinion) preferrable to the alternatives! They keep you pretty busy......and they don't allow violent offenders. Hope this helps!

Default RPF known as Department of Community Corrections

www.dcc.state.ar.us/ is there web site. It was not much help for me really. Your friend should be fine. My fiancee is there and he has been for 10 months. In the Osceola facility he has been there longer than anyone else. It is pretty much a drug rehab. There are not any locked doors like in jails and prisons. I hope this helps you.

I have a friend thats on his way there in just a few days, so this thread has helped to shed a little light on what he's up against. But I heard that he's going to be going to the one in Malvern. It was just across the road from the Ouachita River Unit. Fenicus

Default RPF Answers

Hi, I was in the Pine Bluff RPF for six months, I have just been released a little over a month ago, I can tell you that they do take care of you while you are there, you have time to work on you so that when you are released you are ready, no it is not fun, but it is a safe place if you have to be locked up, you do not have to worry about rapes or any types of violence, you someone gets out of control they are sent to Arkansas Department of Corrections and given more time. You can take classes and of course you have a job according to what you can do. I hope this helps.

Default Nervous

I just got sentenced to 2 years rpf in Fayetville, my attorney says I will be home within 9 months, do you know if that is that possible or just a lie to get me to take the plea agreement?

I'm really nervous about going, I have been in prison before & was wondering if this was as bad or better, How many woman do you have to share a room w, do you know if they have work release or not?

Sorry for the questions, just trying to decide if I should take the offer or fight it.

Thank You
