Number of Ariz. women behind bars escalating

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio isn't surprised more women nationwide are being incarcerated than ever before.
As the county's top jailer, he sees it every day.
Melissa Partridge, Velia Meraz and Erica Begaye aren't surprised either. As jail inmates, they see it too.
And they all seem to agree on why.
