Question Friend is being moved and I don't know where.
My boyfriend's friend is being moved and I need to send him money to pay him back for him helping out my boyfiend with stamps and such.Do I just send it to dvi and hope it gets forward to him

They will forward mail, but how long it will take until it catches up with him is unknown. My friend was moved and received my mail months later. One card took almost 4 months to get there.

Wait a few days about 7 days after he transfers and call the locator they will tell you where he is. Make sure you have his full name & CDC# 916-445-6713.
