Default College Courses in Harris County Jail Texas

If anyone knows exactly how I can go about trying to get my son to do some schooling while he is in Harris County jail would be appreciated. I do know they offer GED classes but I am looking for college courses or some sort of training while he sits there on TDCJ time. I recieved a call from a girl I met there and we have become friends. she calls to tell me that her husband started classes today while in County. How is it I have been working my Butt off to get him involved and it seems he has not done his part to help me find out how he can do more while he is their. TDC looks at all he is doing while he is in county, so far not a damn thing. I think he might be getting depressed or just in denial. If anyone can help me get him off his A-- and get him involved I would so much appreciate your help.
