Default Happy Easter Washington!!!!

Hi ya'll!!!!

I just wanted to wish you all a very Happy Easter! Im going to be pretty busy this weekend so I thought I'd jump in now in case I am not on again this weekend!
We are having a nice Easter Dinner tomorrow with family and friends. My brother, being the sweetheart he is, bought us a huge 10 lb prime rib! the only thing he asked for in return is that I save enough for him to take a sandwich home and that I make him some potato salad to go with it!!!
That's the least I could do for him after he spent so much money!!!
Today my daughter and I are going to color easter eggs.....she came up with the idea of making all of our guests little easter baskets to take home. each one will have one easter egg with their name written on it and little chocolate candies, she wants to place the small baskets on the table and use them as place cards! She so creative!!!

What are your plans for this weekend? Anyone doing anything special?

hugs,
pw

That is so nice of your brother!! And I love your daughter's idea... My kids always spend Easter with their dad's family, his parents and aunts and uncles. My boyfriend is working tomorrow but I am still going to cook an Easter Dinner.. I have been wanting a nice ham for a while now.. I need to get to the store today to get one and get the Easter basket stuff for my kids... even though they are almost 13 I still do that for them..
and we will maybe color Easter eggs tonight (if they want to).. I miss having little kids around during the holiday time of year..
Happy Easter to you and everyone else too!

I think my daughter came up with that idea as an excuse to color the eggs. i told her we should always color eggs for Easter no matter how old she gets!...I just hope she never feels too old or too cool to color eggs with her mom!

JJT!!! They don't have Easter in Luxor land??? I played that game the other day but it was only a free trial so it didn't last long.....only got up to level 2.4...it's a fun game tho and i'd be interested in knowing where to get it to down load on my computer.

Happy Easter !!!

I played the free game for about a week before downloading the free trial. Whenever I download a free timed trial, I never close it. That is the key. Never close it, never do anything but sit there and play the game! No PTO, no bathroom breaks, nothing. That is how I got the 60 trial to last 5-1/2 hours. I don't have the money to actually buy the game.

I am playing Zuma now. There is no Easter in Zuma land either!!

Happy Easter. The girls colored the eggs last night. When I got home from work I got their Easter baskets all ready and gave them to them. They were all sleeping still when I left for work today. I will tell ya all that I was actually nice last night and gave ratt an easter basket too. He likes Tony Stewart so I got him an orange basket and even put candy and a book. He is trying to let everyone think that he is doing so good and I could go into detail as to what he's doing to "try" proving it, but his actions show differently. Daughter's baby is due a month from today and then ratt will be off to rehab the 25th of May. I think daughter is getting ready to make some changes in her life. (praying night and day on that one).
I think the kids are going to their half sister's today for dinner. I am hoping for an "uneventful" day here at work.
Guess I will read my book and hang out in PTO.
HAPPY EASTER!!

Patti! isn't there someplace you can store the ratt on holidays? It's just not fair to have to put up with him on special days too!

hugs,
