Default Can I Mail a poster?

Hi,
Just wondering if I can send my Cali. pen pal a poster. It is 50 x 75cm and printed on art paper. If so can I send it in a roll or will I have to fold it into a large envelope?
thanks

Maximum size is 8x10, though some facilities permit calenders as large as 12x12.

I got around this once by very carefully cutting a larger picture/poster into 8X10 (or smaller, depending on the size of the poster) size pieces. Then I sent them all to my brother in one envelope and he taped them back together. I know it's not a perfect solution, but it's the only way I know of to get a larger poster in. Good luck!
