Welcome to PTO !

D3 and D4 are building numbers, housing blocks that they live in. Generally they share the same exercise yard. Hopefully someone will canter on by with info on Corcoran visiting. =0)

Hi! Corcoran visiting is Thursday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 2:30 for all levels except the SHU. Level 3 visiting has three yards - A, B, and C. If you visit on Thursday and Fridays there is not usually a line. No one gets terminated on those days. You can go on prison property at 8:00 and they usually start calling people between 8:30 and 9:00 usually closer to 9:00 on thursday and friday. On Saturday and Sunday it is much more crowded and if your planning on arriving at visiting there is a car line that meets down the road. I can find out the name of the road if your going early. I know people can get really funny about people arriving at 8:00 and not going in by driving in the car line, but if you visit on the C yard, they terminated a lot, so I would recommend not signing in to early definately before 9:00.

They are really strick on the dress code, no blue, no demin, no green, no all red (one piece can be red, but not both), one piece of each type of jewelry (one necklace, one braclet, etc.) no tight pants, no sleeveless tops, nothing see through, sheer or any type of cleavage showing. No visible piercings expect your ears and no mid driff shirts. You can bring an all clear bag with upto $30 per adult in quarters and they do have a change machine. You can also bring up to 10 pictures but they can't be revealing. You can buy photo ducats for $2.00 each at the main visiting processing room, but you have to buy those with dollars not with quarters.

That's all I can think of, if you have any other questions feel free to ask and I will try to answer.

I am not sure that the D3 and D4 building are at Corcoran. Is it possible that they are in the SHU or at the Substance abuse facility (not sure of the full name) located next door to Corcoran State Prison commonly referred to as Corcoran II? So if you can provide us with further information on their location we can tell you if they can communicate.
