PLEASE HELP ME MY BABY IS IN PRISON AND HE WROTE SAYIN THE PHONE WAS BLOCKED AND I CALLED MCI AND THE # THEY GAVE TO SEE IF IT WAS BLOCKED BUT IT SAYS NOTHINGS WRONG AT THIS TIME IT ALSO SAYS I CAN ACCEPT THEM BUT I CAN'T ACCEPT THEM PLEASE HELP.............http://www.prisontalk.com/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif

Call them again, tell them you want the "high toll" department, instead of inmate services. That's who's putting the blocks on the phones most of the time.

I'm sorry your going threw this. I know how much it sucks to have your phone blocked and wanting to hear his voice. I went threw this just a month or two ago. I hope you get it resolved soon. Just stay strong and call the high toll department and see what they have to say about it. Untill then what helped me stay strong was writing him everyday and planing a trip to see him.

It could also be your local telephone company that has a block. If your collect calls are over $100 at a certain point and time some companies put a block, or if your phone service is new they block it for so many days or of course if your bill is pass due they will block it until all the long distance calls are paid. I wish you all the best in getting this problem resolved I use to go through this years ago with my phone company.

SORRY YOUR GOING THREW THIS, WELL CALL THIS # 1 800 231 0193 THEY CAN HELP U , I USED TO HAVE A BLOCK ON MY PHONE CAUSE I GOT COMCAST BUT I CALL MCI AND KNOW I AM ALLOW TO GET COLLECT CALLS GOOD LUCK.
