What can/can't be sent

Our anniversary is in a couple of days and instead of buying a card, I wanted to make my own from scratch. I haven't done this before so I don't know what things I can or can't use. I have read that you can't send stickers. What about glue or tape? If u can't use any of these, what are you suppose to use if you want to stick something to the card??? If you know of anything else, please reply. I just dont want the card to be sent back to me. Thanks

I know at CSATF no homemade cards can be sent....I don't know where your husband is located. Maybe you can call to find out if the prison your husband is at accepts them...

It really depends on the specific prison and their mailroom procedures. At most prisons they will not allow stickers and I doubt that they'd allow paste or glue. You really are limited because they may take it as a form of "contraband." Of course you're not going to send him drugs or anything of that nature, but they always think the worst of "us" visitors.
