5yrs added 4 drug poss & incarcerated???

How are drugs getting n2 a max facility? Isn't this problem of an Administrative nature? Was my son let out on furlough & came back 2 the facility w/drugs?......I didn't think so! Conjugal visit maybe (Californis)??? NOT!! How are these drugs, i.e., weed, heroin, etc...getting in? Is this a ploy 2 add more time? I need help writing a writ of habeaus corpus; my son should have been released 12/01, but due 2 trumpped up drug poss charges, he now has 2 do an addtnl 5yrs & I'm appalled to the hilt. Waiting 4 a response from any1.

Sorry to let you know but drugs in prison are just as readily available as if he was on the streets. Just cost a bit more because cost of living ratio inside is high. A Prell cap of pot is about $100.00. Herion is measured and sold in chapstic caps.

How is it getting in? Too many chanels to shut it down. JUst because people work in the law enforcement department that does not mean they are not tempted to the access of money and drugs. Reports of CO's taping drugs to thier bodies to sell inside are rampant. No one is going to squeal on the supplier.

Family smugle it in too. They think they are helping the inmate. An inmate that has the status of supplying drugs has power.

Unless they tested him and his U/A came out dirty he can protest the drug charges and propabaly win. Tell him to fight it.
