What is your favorite natural high ?

I have a few;

meditation
swimming in the ocean
road trips without an itinerary
weight lifting (when I can manage it) serious high !!

swimming in the ocean
working out, but my favorites-
visiting my man, vacationing at a beautiful resort and chocolate!

I'm with Cali. Live music. Being at a concert in the middle of 30,000+ all there for the same reason... Nothing like it.

Yes it counts of course,,,it affects the pleasure center of your brain so Im sure its a big natural high !!! So we know yours Shelby ????

quality time with my husband
good movies
scrapbooking (only if it goes well)
letters from dad
vacationing with the kids
family times...laughing, playing etc
a clean and neat house (how rare...lol)
