California prison phone calls

my fiance keeps telling me he has called but no one answers the thing is Im home when he says he calls

I called MCI and there isnt anything wrong with my phone service Does anyone have any suggestions????

Have You Call Your Phone Company To Check If They But A Block On It. I Had The Same Problem Last Month. My Man Keep Calling Me But Mci Told Him That The Call Could Not Go Thru Because I Owe Them Money. Thank God That He Wrote To Me And Let Me Know. I Was Waiting For His Call And That Was My Surprise When I Read His Letter. I Called Mci And They Told Me That I Did Not Owe Them Money But They Had Not Information On Where To Send Me The Phone Bill Since They Did Not Have A Contract With My Phone Company At The Time. Mci Wanted Me To Get A Contract With Them That I Would Have To Pay 50.00 To Start Arrange How Many Phone Calls I Wanted To Get Per Month Or Per Week. I Told Them That I Would Not Get In The Contract. What I Did Was Get A Knew Phone Company. I Am Sorry To Hear This About Your Man. Call Your Phone Company And They Will Check To See If You Have A Problem With The Service If Not They Will Let You Know That The Problem Is With The Location That He Is In. Than If That Is The Case Call Mci. Sorry This Was A Bit Long. Good Luck!
