Default Bill Clayton Detention Center Littlefield

Does anyone have family or friends at Bill Clayton. Also, why isn't this detention center on the list of Texas units? I know it is a unit for Wyoming inmates.

It is probably a privately run prison. It is not part of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, so it's not on their list - they list just the state facilities.

Maybe someone here can tell you more about it.
