Nice article! I read a report like this that states some companies are starting to accept hiring felons. Like the report states, they are just looking to see if relates to the crime. I feel companies have to do this because of the increase of people getting felony convictions. They realize that by turning applicants away, they may loose on potential talent. Just because someone makes one bad decision, does not mean they should be labeled by that crime.

Again, thanks for the link!!

that sucks, i really feel for sex offenders. I hate how they are branding them. I interviewed at this one sh*thole place and they offered me the job. But, the place is not stable and i doubt they make it past August. Anyways, they only cared if my offense was not sex related. The media is really doing a bad job on sex offenders. You do your time, it should be over. Hopefully our country can go back to that thinking. I am sure one day it will, people are getting fed up with this PC society. Being human and making bad mistakes should not be a mark like this. Anyways, I am done venting..I may have a better job by the end of this week.
