Thumbs up Keep Your Fingers Crossed Please
JUST WANTED TO ASK YOU ALL TO KEEP YOUR FINGERS CROSSED. WE WILL BE FINDING OUT BY THE END OF THE WEEK IF STEPHEN WILL GET MORE TIME FOR THE LAST CHARGE HE AHS PENDING. WE ARE HOPING THE ADA IN THE OTHER COUNTY WILL BE GENEROUS ENOUGH TO LESSEN THE CHARGE AND GO ALONG WITH 2 YEARS OR PROBATION WHEN HE COMES HOME-NOT ANYMORE TIME...RIGHT NOW IT FALLS UNDER A 1ST DEGREE FELONY(5-99 YEARS) BECAUSE THE COMPANY HE WORKED FOR CLAIMED THEY DIDNT GET THEIR MACHINES BACK WHEN THEY REPORTED IT TO THE POLICE (WHICH THEY HAD ALREADY-SO THAT WAS NOT TRUE) WELL i AM RAMBLING -GUESS BECAUSE I AM SO NERVOUS....AAAAH! SEEMS THERE IS ALWAYS SOME ANXIETY WAITING AROUND EACH CORNER.....IT'S GOTTA GET BETTER SOMEDAY--RIGHT??

Ms. Amelia:
Call the ADA and offer a guilty plea for a concurrent sentence. Tell Stephen, next time , don't get the man's machine. Concurrent means doing time on one crime while doing time on another. Disadvantage: Count as a separate offense and will be used for habitual offender defense in the event of Stephen being arrested again.............38Special.
