Telephone numbers

Hello!

I tried to call the bay's main number to get the number for the visiting room as I have done in the past.

BUT...........

They have changed the recording and they dont give you intructions/the number for visiting.

Does anyone have this?

Also does anyone have the number for the hospitality place within the prison grounds, I need to know about the pick up bus!

What choices do the give you Joanna? I was going to call yesterday to get some info but I got busy. Do you mean you can't get the # to make a reservation to visit? Love Barbara

OK I just called up there and you need to press #1 for visiting information or 2 for institutional services. I will try doing this Monday when I am off but I think that is all you have to do. Love Barbara

Thanks Barbara when I called the general number Im sure it gave me just job opportunities and one other choice?
I wanted to call them about visiting for both times (am and pm) and get the fax or whatever off them.
I also need to save it on my phone as I always forget the number!

I tried calling today and couldn't get through to anyone! Just a recording now saying operators are no longer available,I finally got through to visitation and asked to speak to the mail room but they just transfered me back to the recording!
Turns out my guy isn't even back there yet like the people at the CDC # said yesterday.Both his Mom and I called and they said he was back at Pelican Bay so I sent all the mail I had been saving and then today I get a letter from him from Tracy so his Mom called again and sure enough he is still in Tracy! Grrrrrr all that mail sent to PB and he isn't even there!

Its such a nightmare just getting a simple answer! I have decided if they grant me residency in the US Im running for president they need a women :-) I could sort the bl**dy system out!

Yes, I called yesterday or the day before myself, and found the recording. However, it does say that if you know your party's extension you can dial it at any time, and I do know that the extension to the mail room is 7100, because I'm always calling it! They know the girl from Michigan, for sure! Maybe if you try dialing them direct, they may be of more help in getting you to where you want to speak.

P.S. - Max sent me his mother's phone number, at her request, because she remembers me and wanted to talk to me! So we have spoken a couple of times and I am going to be getting together with his family again when I go out to Cali at the end of June! I am SO excited!!
