Visiting SVSP for the first time

My son just let me know were approve. This is all new to me, I didn't get to visit when he was in reception. I've heard where he's at there's two prison. He at the one in the back and that they said you have to take a bus. That you have to be there early! Do I have to call and set appointment. I have one concern for my grandson he's handicap and use a walker and a wheelchair. Need to know if the bus can take his wheelchair. he does have a walker but it easier for him in his wheelchair. Please any information would be very thankful.
