Looking for Dean Troutman

i have been looking for my uncle Dean Troutman he is in graterford prison that is all i know he has been there most of my life. i used to see him until my father and him had a falling out. i am trying to find a way of communicating with him since there are so many inmates in graterford i dont know how to find him i need to talk with him so i can set up some kind of way to finally see him after the 7 years it has been since i was able to see him last. if anyone knows anything i would be gratefull for any info i could get
