Does it matter what state you live in? I live in Texas so I was curious if Texas residents were eligible or not.

I am not sure what states are eligible.I plan to write them and find out more about the entire program. There is not much information on the website. When I find out more, I will post.

This almost sounds too good to be true. However, what happens when you have a husband that is moved every 3 to 4 weeks like those in INS? When you get more information, PLEASE let us know.
