Visitation Approval

Last weekend I went to visit my man at Kern Valley State Prison, he was recently transferred there from SVSP, they told me I was not approved. I have been going to see him for the past 2 years if I am correct doesn't his visiting follow him. I came a long way, but lucky there was a really nice person that allowed me to visit and gave me a visiting form to fill out again, should have to do this again. I went through a lot to get approved the first time. Please advise.

All it says at the department of corrections website is that a visitor may be required to update the questionaire after 24 months. Maybe it's not so much a change of facility issue as much as your information is getting old. ?? Just a thought.

I have to go through the whole process again too, but because my honey got transferred to a CCF and who knows, maybe I became a felon in the last month.
