If you try looking up centinela like on mapquest or something like that it will tell you the same.....because its in the middle of no where........

where are you going from??? the only way that i know over there is taking the 10 west to the 86 south....let me know i can tell you how to get there....

Hi, My husband was just sent to Centinela. Is there a number we can call to check on visitations? Also, I will be coming from San Diego as well. I would APPRECIATE directions. Thank you in advance.

i take 10 east to the 86s......what't the exit of 86s?

If your coming from San Diego going to Centinela here are the directions.
( Its about one hour and a half)

Take 8 East
Exit Dunaway Rd.
Turn Left. over the bridge.
go all the way down until you cant go no more and make right
(dont remember the name of the street)
Then tuen left on Brown Rd.
Brown Rd leads into the prison.

FYI: D-yard for hispanics and blacks are on lockdown. If you want to know if your loved one is able to get visits call (760) 337-7900 ext# 5888 after 4:30 every friday to see if you can visit.

7603377900 X5858 take the 805 to the 8 south going towards Elcentro exit on Dunaway Road make a left and when you pass the rail road tracks you make a right and left on brown road
