i'm still doing it

i am hanging in there still it is not getting any easer.well maby it is .i am adjusting my syke meds with my doc and she says it should get easyer with the right meds.prisonhad me on what thay could get and not what i was on when i went in.so i am getting things together now.i would like to thank every one for the support i get here and the kiendness.till next time i will keep my head up. daybrake the night will not get me any more!

Daybrake - psych medications often take time to work. And sometimes you have to change to find the right one. Give it at least a month, and find someone to talk to, also, who can help you keep track of how you're feelings are changing.
