PLEASE HELP ME PUT A NAME TO A WOMAN WHO WAS MURDERED. SHE HAD SEVEN TATTOOS ON HER BODY, SOME WERE BELIEVED TO BE "JAIL HOUSE TATTS" , BEING "DELILA" ON HER FOREARM,"RICKI", "MOM 77", A PEACOCK

SOMEONE KNOWS WHO SHE IS! I HAVE PICTURES OF HER TATTS IF ANYONE CAN PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION.
