Please help...need help re:CDC/Wasco/Chino

Well, I am so confused. Let me give you some background on what is going on. Actually, it is a little drawn out, but the skinny of it is that he is SUPPOSED to be back at WASCO. I have no idea where he REALLY is. All I know is that he left Wasco on Aug 26 for a court date on the 30-31 of Aug. Heading to West Valley. He left West Valley heading back to WASCO (I am doing dreadful "bunny ears" LOL) but he never made it!!! Come to find out after calling CDC and them telling me he is in "transport", I learned that he was at Chino!! So last week I decided to go up to CHINO and try to find out what is going on...well just then the riots happened, so I understand there could be a hold up there. So I go...I called 2 times while on the road from San diego. "come on up, they are having visits. Got there, they looked him up and RAN my ID (I will come back to that part!) nope, no visits for RC. Okay, with head held high came back sunday, stood in line for 4 hours. NO MORE VISITS. Went to the gym so I wouldn't feel so bad.
The next day I called and spoke to transportation (Chino) to see if he might be on a list to transport soon, (I didn't have to have specifics just general) The lady checked her system and said he would be there for a while...no WAIT, he is transporting this week! So that I shouldn't plan to come up this past weekend, he would not be there.

So I called on Friday to see if he was still there and YES, he was, so I drove up on Sunday...waited for 4 hours...COMPUTERS DOWN only 4 people ahead of me!!!!!!!!! by then it was already 11:00 and visits for RC stop processing at 11:30 am. So I left.

Today I figured I HAD to do something. I got the run around all day. From Wasco (who says he's "out to court") To chino who says I can't request a special visit because of circumstances. Then I decided to call the mailroom (Wasco ) to see if his mail had been forwarded...they said that after 7 days of being out to court it would forward to the facility he was at or back to the sender. Nothing has happened!! They also told me that if they have NOTHING the facility would provide them with 5 envelopes. nothing...at least he would have written his son, if not me. Then I was told that if I was approved for Wasco...Chino has to approve me also!!!!!!! WHAT!!!!!! Is this true...so I have been there both weekends...and not even approved. OMG, I can't believe this. When the lady ran my ID at Chino, couldn't she have given me a clue WOW
Please HELP someone. Richard were are you? Should I be writing someone? The ombudsman, warden? I called the counselor at Wasco, no return call.


Keep in mind that he has been in RC since June 7th. I am so frustrated with all of this I don't know what to do. It is really consuming!

Thanks so much for caring. I appreciate it so much. I have just started enindating the mailroom with mail. Maybe he will get one. I am sending 2 per day.
