To the best of my knowledge you can't find out what a federal inmate has been charged with. If you know the first and last name you can go to bop.gov and find out where and when their projected release date is.
Not all truthful words are beautiful!!!!!!!!!
Jay is serving a 2 yr sentence which started on Aug 29th, 2005
If you know their name you can get the info off of Pacer. I believe there is a charge to get the info. I don't know the website address and can't look for it this am, but if it's not posted for you by tonight I will look for it and post it.
There is an 8 cent per page charge on Pacer. I don't have the site here at work either but you can find it by going to your federal court page for your state - at least it's linked in Nebraska's case. You have to set up a membership with a credit card.
It is free to registar, it is .08 per page that you LOOK at in a docket (you can print too, that's not extra). It really doesn't add up to much. You are charged quarterly and if the total is less than $10 they don't charge you at all. The PACER site searches the dockets which will have the charge listed then all the court proceedings (not transcripts or actual documents) just what has happened in the case and after sentencing that will be listed on the docket at well. Good luck in your search, if you have anymore questions PM me, I am a member on the PACER site and have no problem searching a docket for someone as long as it's not 100 pages LOL
We are what we do, not what we did. Now if we continue doing what we used to do, we can't be upset that we are still what we were.
