Hi Im sorry I didnt read the posting petion rules before I posted the link to the petition I found for Conjugal Visits for all states I hope I havent lost my posting rights because I didnt even find the petion area until after I posted them in the husbands/ boyfriends in prison please for give me for posting that in the wrong place and my threads were moved I dont know where they are now can you help me?The site I was trying to get people to sign is here

i have a question. how is it legal for someone to sign other people's names to petitions?

In answer to your question, it is legal if they have their permission. Not everyone has access to a computer nor has one theirselves. Some people do not even know how to use them. Also sometimes people will have power of attorney for their loved ones and will exercise that right in signing petitions. Hope this answers your question.

i thought you had to have power of attorney

Default cant add a petition for my friend

I am new to the site & trying to get the word out to get help for a friend of mines clemency petition. How do you do that?
