Please help (searching for Federal inmate released from system)

Please help me find my boyfriend! I did find him in the end of march and got to write to him and I was so happy when he wrote me back, March 30th, but he told me the horrible mews that he has Cancer issed:
He also told me in the letter that he was being transfer to a facility in Tampa,Fl.
At the time he was in FDC miami.
So when I wrote him back and, they sent me the letter back unknown address! I totally freaked out, and called the place and they told me that he was released.???
This was April 1,2003 that he was released.
The reason I'm worried is because he is sick and I don't know if he is okay or what because it's very wierd that he hasn't wrote me to tell me anything.
Please if anyone can help me with this situation, I would greatly apprieciate it!!!!!!! \
