Ohio programs??

Ok my boyfriend wanted me to see about programs when he gets out. This is his second time being locked up and he said when he was out before that he had a real hard time finding a job. I do not want him selling drugs anymore. I need help. I want to keep him out of prison. Can someone please give me program or any leads.
