Accurate Count of TDCJ Prisons????

Where can a person find an accurate count of the inmates in Texas prisons?

(Lets say as of 3/31/05) And how long does the Texas prison system have to be "over-crowded" before the FEDS move in and try to straighten out this mess?

I say lets have a contest to see who can guess the correct month and day the FEDS take over.
