Hi I dont know if he is in prison or not but he could be his name is Kirk Bishop and he used to live in Oklahoma with a family with the last name Jenkins he is like a brother to me I posted this in general also in case he is not in prison but If you know my story you know my dad is sick and he wants to see or hear from him please if any one can help I would appreciate it last know location is Spiro Oklahoma he could be living in texas
