How to get married in franklin county jail

i need to know if anyone know how to get married in franklin county jail....its important and im running out of time

If its urgent the best thing to do is call up to the jail and ask them ..

My boyfriend was in Noble (State Pen), as far as he knows, the only place you can get married is in prison, but it's definately worth checking into. Especially if it's of great importance. GOOD LUCK!!!

Why is there such a huge rush to have it done in the county jail?

I don't believe that you can get married in the County. I am a probation Officer and one of my guys tried to get married before going to prison and they told him that he had to wait to get to his "Parent" prison.
