I dont visit this forum much. But I was sent a form. Then I sent in about 80.oo in a money order, with the form. Then I waited like 45 days and got an appointment. Then I had to over night the conformation. Officer Nakken was very nice. Hes the family visting cordinator. It eas like staying in a cheap motel. The hardest part was head count. Like 4 times at night. So dont expect to sleep much.

There is a queen size bed for you two and if there are kids they are twin beds. You can bring pillow cases but not pillows.

Default Denied Over Night Visits

My fiance counselor advised him that he couldn't get over night visits (conjugal) due to a case 14 years ago that he isn't serving time for at the moment. The court found him guilty for consensual sex with a minor. He was not labeled as a sex offender the girl and her parents spoke on his behalf that this was a relationship so no charge was pressed by the family but my the courts because he was 19 and she was 16. I have been told that because he was not labeled as a sex offender that he should be allowed to have family visits and an appeal should be done.Any one have any feedback for me please

What is the food like at family visits? I mean, I know it's pre-packaged food from a vendor but is there a stove in the room? Do you get to cook together?
