Default Time lapse from NPED date to actual decision?

Does anyone know the time it takes for the board to make their decision from the inmate's NPED date (or from the date he's been forwarded to the board, which was over a month before his NPED date). I've been reading Title 15 till my eyes are crossed but can't seem to figure it out. I think the merits will be conducted within 30 calendar days of the conclusion of the notification process (to the DA (and victims if there are any)) but it appears there are also other time periods that add to the time...?
