Question about baby visitation- do babies need to be on the visitation list
My fiance finally got his list back but our 6 month old son's name was not on it but one of the guys in his dorm said his kids werent listed but they got to come see him will our son get in?

Hello, yes yourbaby will be able to get in, but with you only. When you bring your baby up there, havehis birth certificate with you, and then after they call you in and all to ask hwo your visiting and all, show the lady the baby's birth certificate and as long as your name is on his birth certifificate, then he should get in. I dont think that your fiancee can add minors to his visitation list, but you can bring the baby, you just have to have his Birth Certificate to prove that your the baby's parent/gaurdian.
I know this because i'm a minor and im not on my big bro's visit list either because i'm a minor, so when my dad brings me up to see him, he has to show the gaurds my birth certificate to prove that he's my father.
