Default Sex offenders within the UK can potentially redeem themselves properly

Important news regarding sex offenders in the United Kingdom:

Following a 2010 judgement by the British Supreme Court, sex offenders within the UK, even those on the register for life (which occurs if they have committed a sexual offence carrying a custodial sentence of more than 30 months) have a right of appeal against being placed on said register for life. However, they will have to wait 15 years (if required to register for life) before they can appeal.

I think the system that we use for the sex offenders register now works quite well but I dont like the idea of a person being branded with a label for life if they are able to be rehabiltated and move on with their life

Thanks for that, if your interested, I think we look around and ponder whether your right or not because of the worst of us. Hell, maybe we all do, even those.
